Inform Winter 2016 17 Christmas in the district Seasonal Saturdays in Enniskillen & Omagh A programme of Seasonal Saturdays will provide festive fun in Enniskillen and Omagh town centres on the 3, 10 and 17 December 2016. Christmas family entertainment including face painting, balloon modelling, festive music and Christmas characters will enhance the atmosphere in Enniskillen and Omagh from 12 noon to 4 pm. Make sure to come along, soak up the festive spirit and see all that Enniskillen and Omagh has to offer! Christmas Craft & Food Fairs If you’re looking to buy something that little bit different this season then come along to one of our Christmas Craft and Food Fairs taking place in Enniskillen and Omagh this December. Townhall and the Diamond, Enniskillen Saturday 3 December 10 am – 5 pm Strule Arts Centre, Omagh Friday 16 – Saturday 17 December 10 am – 9 pm Closures at Council facilities during the festive period The Council offices at The Grange and the Townhall, Sperrin Centre, Intec Centre, Public Services Centre, and Lisnamallard House will close at 1 pm on Friday 23 December 2016 and will reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2017. The Planning Offices at County Hall, Omagh and County Buildings, Enniskillen, will close at 12.30 pm on Friday 23 December and reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2017. Gift vouchers are currently on sale at the Bawnacre Centre, Castle Park Leisure Centre, Enniskillen Castle Museums, Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Marble Arch Caves, Omagh Leisure Complex, Strule Arts Centre and The Ardhowen. Please contact the facility directly for enquiries and to purchase. There will be NO residual (Black/Green) bin collection service on Monday 26 December 2016. Bins due for collection on that day will be collected on Saturday 24 December instead. All other bin collections will be as normal over the holiday period. The Purple Flag is the gold standard accreditation scheme that recognises town and city centres as safe, welcoming and vibrant places for residents and visitors alike. There are only five places in Northern Ireland which can boast Purple Flag status, two of which are in our district! Enniskillen and Omagh for a great night out!
