Watch out for signage and new seating as you wander along the trail. Western Health & Social Care Trust Carers Walking Groups: Are you currently caring for a family member or friend that has an illness or a disability? Would you like to take some time out from your caring role to get a bit of fresh air and enjoy the company of other carers? The Western Trust would like to invite you to take part in our Carers Walking Group. Walking has obvious health benefits such as relieving stress, helping to control weight and releasing those endorphins that create the feel good factor. Although the aim is to encourage physical activity, the group also provides a safe space for carers to relax, get support, advice and useful tips about caring from the other members who are on the same journey. It is also an opportunity to meet new people and join in a social cuppa. The walks are suitable for most levels of fitness. You will be asked to complete a short health form before attending. Details: Fermanagh - The Fermanagh Carers Walking Group meet on a Friday morning, between 11am / 11:30am. The venue and time are arranged via text.
