Now, more than ever, it is important to look after our mental health and wellbeing. The Covid Wellbeing NI website features helpful tools and resources, which can be used to take positive actions around wellbeing: Mental Health Information A range of fact sheets on topics including stress, anxiety, relationships, alcohol and drugs. Guided Self-Help Toolkits A range of programmes designed to help us take steps towards better resilience and mental health. ‘Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing’ A quick list of ideas and suggestions to get people thinking creatively about how to build these steps into daily life. Food, small objects and toys can all be risky for young children. Make sure food is cut into small pieces and keep small items out of reach of children to reduce the risk of choking. If your child’s coughing isn’t effective, they are silent or they can’t breathe in properly or speak, call for help immediately on 999.
