Trust & Accountability Cross Sector Working Knowledge Sharing Social Learning Feedback Loops The development and rollout of the VEDP will require a collaborative partnership model between the public, private and community sectors to achieve its goals, strategic objectives, strategic priorities and associated actions. The successful delivery of the VEDP will require a strategic and collaborative partnership approach to achieve the vision and outcomes identified. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will lead a delivery partnership and, alongside partners, will commit resources to support delivery. This is based on the understanding that: 1. Key partners also commit to the Vision and destination development in relation to infrastructure, visitor experiences and marketing and promotion; 2. New structures, alliances and partnerships are required to support development, delivery and promotion; 3. Industry and community ambassadors will be identified, supported and enabled to champion the VEDP; 4. Monitoring of target market needs, consumer trends and business impact is ongoing; 5. There is a commitment to measuring and reporting results to inform and improve all activity. Fermanagh & Omagh Tourism Partnership Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will establish a delivery partnership through the Community Planning Partnership for the district to coordinate and oversee the short, medium and long term delivery of the VEDP Action Plan and to advocate on behalf of the region to influence regional policy and programmes. The group will comprise those agencies responsible for action and delivery.
