18 Age Friendly Strategy and Action Plan Introduction Following review of the previous strategy, analysis of survey and consultation feedback and discussion by the Age Friendly Alliance the action plan has been developed to reflect work across the following thematic areas which will contribute to the WHO Age Friendly domains while reflecting locally expressed need and circumstances: Action Plan Infrastructure Participation and Access Tackling Isolation Health & Wellbeing
