Shauna Gallagher, Natural Beauty Pot based in Enniskillen completed the Sales Academy “I applied to the Council for support as we had experienced growth during the pandemic, however, Brexit and rising costs were an area of concern going forward. I wanted direction on how to maintain my growth and review where efficiencies could be made. My mentor explored a number of different areas, checking my retail pricing was still viable with the price increases, review of branding and suggested improvements, devising a plan on targeting new customers as well as updating financial profiles for expected income / expenditure over the next 12-months. I found the programme on the whole beneficial and it has made me feel much more positive about the year ahead.” This project is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth & Jobs Northern Ireland (2014-2020) Programme.
