How TV Licensing can help you TV Licensing provides a wide range of support to customers to help them remain correctly licensed. The organisation informs people when they need to buy a TV Licence and provides information on the many ways to pay, including its Simple Payment Plan, created for those in financial difficulty. Receive Pension Credit? Learn how to get a free TV Licence. Those aged 75 and over and receiving Pension Credit can now apply for a free TV Licence. If you are eligible, you can apply online at tvlicensing. co.uk/age or by phoning 0300 790 6151 . If preferred, customers can arrange for a family member or carer to do this on their behalf. Concessions TV Licensing can also advise on concessions available including for those who are severely sight impaired and for those living in eligible residential care premises. Beware of Scams TV Licensing is working to help customers protect themselves against fraudsters. We are asking people to follow the STOP – CHECK – ASK advice if they receive any suspicious communications. You should also make sure your correct licence number is supplied. z ASK – If you’re ever unsure about a communication you’ve received, it’s always best to ask someone - perhaps a friend or trusted advisor.
