Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and South West College in partnership with the Fermanagh Rural Community Initiative (FRCI), have introduced REAP, a game-changing initiative aimed at boosting employability in the region. REAP has successfully followed in the footsteps of the ASPIRE programme with over 300 local economically inactive people gaining support from the programme. Funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Levelling Up Fund, REAP offers a fully funded employability support programme that is free for all participants. No matter where you live in the Fermanagh and Omagh District, REAP is ready to support you.
