The Positive Ageing Small Grants Programme is funded by the Public Health Agency and administered by the Western Health & Social Care Trust. The programme is aimed to support activities and projects specifically for groups working with older people. Grants of up to £500 are to be used for activities/projects for groups to reduce loneliness isolation and improve health and wellbeing. Applications will open on 1 October 2022 and close on the 28 October 2022. They are inviting community groups, schools, care settings, nurseries and housing settings to apply for small grants of £125 to bring generations together during the month of December to enjoy good food and each other’s company.
