4 ASPIRE March 2021- April 2022 ASPIRE offices in Omagh (left) and Enniskillen (right) and the team (below) ASPIRE provide a tailored and personalised package of support to help local unemployed, underemployed and economically inactive people overcome the barriers to employment. The ASPIRE Programme adopted and established a strong partnership working approach by collaborating with colleagues from the WHSCT and Education Authority for the Western Region. In partnership with Fermanagh Rural Community Initiative (FRCI), an already well-established training provider in Fermanagh, the ASPIRE Programme targets participants across the entire Fermanagh & Omagh district area. ASPIRE’s partnership approach has further developed through collaboration with other public sector employers, private employers and those in the community and voluntary sectors. This approach enables ASPIRE to adapt to each individual participant's needs.
