3 ASPIRE is a Fermanagh and Omagh District Council led employability programme that has been supporting people into paid employment since 2015. It is part funded by the Northern Ireland European Social Fund Programme 2014-2020 and the Department for the Economy. The overall strategic aim of the Northern Ireland ESF Programme 2014-2020 is to combat poverty and enhance social inclusion by reducing economic inactivity, and increase the skills base of those currently in work and future potential participants in the workforce. The aims are realised through three main investment priorities: Promoting social inclusion & combatting poverty & any discrimination Promoting sustainable & quality employment & supporting labour mobility Investing in education, training & vocational training for skills & life-long learning ASPIRE March 2021- April 2022
